Shopping and Orders on Bikers Club ®
On you can either shop by category or by the product’s brand name. For every product, we try to provide a description/features/specifications, product code, price and other relevant information pertaining to the product. The product’s rating and review as provided by other users will be displayed when available.
I want to purchase a product. How do I place the order online?
Placing an order on the BIKERS CLUB ® site is easy. You can either log in to your account or checkout without creating an account if you are in a hurry. Next, select the product(s) you want to purchase and add them to your cart, review your purchase, click on checkout, enter your shipping address and payment information and submit your order. If you need any assistance, feel free to chat with our representative on the website or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
After you submit the order you will receive a confirmation by email, which includes the order no., the list of items ordered and prices and other particulars related to the order. If you do not receive a confirmation mail, then kindly inform us on email@example.com.
How do I track the status of my order?
You can log into your account and “Track Your Order” OR
Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a mail with a tracking number and the weblink of the Courier company.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped out, then please email on firstname.lastname@example.org. or call on the numbers given in "Contact Us" page. Our customer service team will assist you. There will be a 5% cancellation charge levied and the rest of the order amount would be refunded or given as credit, which can be used for future purchases.
If the order has been shipped out, we would not be able to cancel/modify the order. Kindly check the "Returns" link at the bottom of the page for the "Returns Policy"
The product I ordered is damaged or has a defect or I received the wrong product. What is your returns policy?
We apologize if you have received a damaged or a defect product. All products go through Quality Check before being shipped from our warehouse. Sometimes even we make mistakes! Please refer to our Returns policy below or mail us on email@example.com and we would be happy to help you out with the issue.

Can I add a product after I have placed my order?
No, you cannot add a product to the same order. You can place a new order and we would dispatch the same at the earliest.
I want to see and/or try the product before I purchase it. Is there a store that I can visit?
Currently, we do not have any physical stores.
I want to purchase a product at a later time. Can I store this information in my account?
Yes, you can. Just click on ‘Add to My Bag’ and the product will be added to your list, which you can view at a later date. To view all products on your wishlist you can click ‘Bag’ on the menu at the top of the page or in “My Account” after logging in.
Do you offer any discounts/sales on products? How do I stay informed?
We do have an Annual Sale in the month of March every year during which every product available in our store is out on the discount. Besides that our “Gear Deals” constantly have deals on products. We send out mailers to inform you regarding deals on our website. You can also keep an eye out on the BIKERS CLUB ® social media handles. @bikersclub.in
Can I place a bulk order for a product(s)?
For bulk order, corporate and institutional orders/inquiries please send us your queries on firstname.lastname@example.org.
I had placed an order 2 days ago. Now, I have to leave on an urgent trip. Can you please hold the delivery until I get back?
We can definitely try! Please email on email@example.com or call on the numbers given in "Contact Us" (give contact us link) page with your request. If the consignment has already been shipped then we may not be able to hold the delivery.
